Questions about a dream..?

Soo I am currently living with my boyfriend and kids. Every night I have a dream about one of my brothers close friends...now before I got back together with my boyfriend him and I hung out alot sooo it's not like I don't know him or anything him and I were really close...but now I never see him cause I'm always with my bf...what does this mean??
