Information on Gaming "JOBS"?

So basically I am 16 years old. Now take note I'm not like previous "gamers" who want to obtain a career through gaming just because it's fun. I want to because I enjoy the way things are created and how a story can be so relative. But that's besides the point, basically I would like to know if anyone can tell me how to become part of a gaming team, whether it's a game tester a game developer, or because I excel in art, Artistic Design. Now I know the job may not come to me now, as I am only 16, but I would like to plan for the future. I am also residing in Canada, Alberta. Staying in Alberta would be great help if that is necessary although not a mandatory requirement. I do a lot of gaming to begin with ranging from RPG, MMORPG's, and so on. So ANY information given will be much appreciated. Thank you.
