Is the bible god imperfect ?... take for example....?

The whole Adam & Eve thing did not work out, even from a surprisingly perfect start, what with Eve eating the forbidden fruit and thing and then having to flood the earth in Noah days to re start life. And to day the world is still in a mess.... I mean what the hey?
