What woes it mean when a guy says that 'he wants to go the whole way'?

It means he wants to get you pregnant at a young age and ruin the rest of your life!!! If you don't know what it means you shouldn't be doing it. If you feel pressure to do it and you don't want to....create a distraction. Start having a fake asthma attack, panic attack...some sort of attack to get him to back up off you.
