What is the name of the Law and Order episode where the 14 year old girl is stabbed by her roommate from boarding school? The girl that stabbed her was jealous of her or something because she went out and partied, and wore promiscuous clothing. The girl that stabbed her, was popping pills and she went crazy in the courtroom or something and they had to hold her in jail. The girl was from Russia and she was very smart, but she was abused at home. Her dad made her kneel on rice or something, and she won some sort award that the other girl was jealous of.
