I'm being mentally and emotionally tortured by my man - driven to the brink, help?

I wanted to watch American Idol results show but he wouldn't get off the gddamned Xbox so I missed who went home. He hates me and cares nothing of my needs. I can't take it anymore - should I divorce him?
