Family Problem Right Now?

My sister plays her keyboard at ridiculously high volumes which can be heard 60 ft from outside the house. I am a hard worker who requires focus and a lot of sleep and as you can tell by now this has become a huge problem. She has headphones which she can plug in but refuses to do so because she's a pain in the ***. I've brought this up to the family many times and they insist she's fine even though I'm now on the brink of uncontrolled stress.
