Well, it looks like your hair is straight for the most part. If you are nervous about cutting it or don't know what to do, then just try a different style! You could make it curly/wavy in 10 minutes and you do it right when your out of the shower! All you do is towel dry your hair and brush it out (before you do anything else) and then get some gel, preferably curling gel, or "scrunching" gel. Flip your hair over and then get some gel in your hair, however much you want, and finger comb it through and start scrunching! About 1 minute with your head flipped over and then about 1 - 2 minutes when you stand up and flip back over. If you have more time feel free to do it more, but it really shouldn't take more than 10 minutes! Also, add more gel as you feel needed to give it that crunchy feel and more define. It's a beautiful hair-do and you do it right after you shower and it's so cool! Now, if you shower at night, you can run some mouse through your hair, or gel when it's still pretty wet then french braid your hair and sleep with it like that and let it out in the morning, gives a more wavy look and not so "scrunched" or "crunchy" either one is really nice. Depending on how your hair holds different styles depends on how much product you need to add to your hair. Like my hair curls easy, so if I braid it at night I don't put anything in it. But if your hair needs mold, I encourage you to do the gel in it before and then some hair spray possibly, etc. But after your done with your hair, either scrunching or taking it out of the braids; DONT BRUSH IT! That takes the bounce out a lot and adds frizz. You prob want to get some kids of spray for anti-frizz. Good luck!

Am i eating too much?

I am 5'9 female, 19 years old and i weigh 135 pounds, down from 148 last october. I have been eating around 1400-1500 calories a day and i do 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical machine at least 4 times a week, sometimes every day. I break a huge sweat and work very intensely! i am trying to lose 7-10 pounds before the middle of may. I eat healthily, no refined sugary foods and all the right stuff but im worried that 1500 calories may hinder my weight loss..what do you think?

Ok it's a long story but I'll try and make it short. I have a big group of friends and I used to always hook up with the 2 hottest guys, Matt & Jay. Matt would date girls from time to time but anytime he was single we would hook up, and Jay was the biggest player and every girl wanted him, he's gorgeous. Um, as a reader, this would deserve a 6. I think this is great so far but how the words flow out arent fluent. Sentence fluency, you need to be able to choose what language will be appropriate at what times. Try reading it allowed instead of thinking of how it would usually really sound because readers aren't who you think they are, they are not judging of accuracy, but enjoying the brightness of creativity and beautiful word choice which gives them a exaggerated image.

I become very good friends with a christen Dr. of Theology an intelligent man who spoke many ancient languages and wrote several books on the bible code and we would spend day after day discussing theology, ancient civilizations from Sumerian to Aztec, groups from Masons to pagans, mistranslations of the King James Bible and the only 2 bits of advice he ever gave me was to “stop look for what was right under my nose” and “blind faith is for voters and cowards” tried not looking so hard for 2 years and nothing I even entered what I can only describe as the “devils playground” while at uni, what more can i do?

All my life i was brought up that god was real, and jesus was our savior, and we should pray, and go to church, i even went to catholic school for several years (though i have no religious affiliation) But i just cannot beleive. I have had a life as such that it seems that if there was a higher being, he is toying with me, having fun with my life. Whenever i get something nice, it is ripped away from me. This applies to most things in my life at one point or another. I consider myself agnostic, beleiving in SOME form of high power, weather it be ghosts, aliens, or something alltogether different, but i find it hard to beleive in a "god" that would let such things happen to generally good people. I also find it hard that some people can actually be rewarded for being wicked. My sister is a HORRIBLE person, she does drugs, drinks, is a , and does tons of other bad things, including pick on me ALL the time, but she has EVERYTHING. How can i accept a god that allows this?

I still can't believe my son is 1, geez I'm amazed how time flies. WOW!!! I've been doing some reading that you can start giving them a lot more foods. We did start introducing whole cow's milk and he likes it. But still give him about 18oz of formula, once this can is gone i'll buy him the Good Start 2 meant for 12 months and older so they still get their vitamins. I usually give him Gerber yogurt in the morning or applesauce (mott's) that has no added sugar in it, all natural. BUT my question to this is , I usually feed him by spoon. Should I let him 'practice' feeding himself? When do they usually start feeding themselves? I got this thing in the mail yesterday from good start saying they should have the consept down with feeding them selves with a spoon/fork and say "full" or "no more" when full. made me feel like my son was behind on things then.

Bought something at a yard sale that had roaches in it HELP!!?

I bought a twin bed at a yard sale. I must admit that I did not check it before bring it into my house, bad move! It was filled with roaches. Pregnant and Lactose Intolerant ?

I, too, and lactose intolerant and have a 15 month old and I'm pregnant with number 2...it isn't necessarily genetic, but I was told to watch for signs in my son, but he has no problems so far, absolutely loves dairy! There only thing that you need to watch is to make sure you are drinking more fluids than you think you ever need to make up for the loose stool. Have you tried taking Lactaid before taking any dairy products? I have a supplement that is taken once daily ( it's the generic for Lactaid, but it's the same thing), it helps and is safe for baby. How Can I Overcome This Irrational Fear?

It never used to bother me, but I have been becoming increasingly wary of going out on my own, and it is beginning to develop into a serious problem affecting my ability to do 'ordinary' things. I'm very self-conscious, so wherever I go, I feel as though everyone is looking at me. Paradoxically, I dress in a very unique style, which makes people notice me: sometimes people will smirk at what I am wearing, which really cripples my confidence. I hate it when people, who you don't know, make comments to you in the street. Unless you are British, you probably won't be aware of this term, but I am really afraid of 'Chavs'. I know that it is terribly judgmental to be afraid of certain people just because they dress in a certain way, but I have had a few bad experiences with these so-called 'Chavs' and it has made me nervous in their presence. I find it hard to go out on my own to do the most trivial of things. I find it hard to talk to shopkeepers; I would rather they just ignored me. Whenever I do go out, something bad seems to happen and I feel like locking myself in my bedroom and never leaving again. I do have a social life, but I can only visit my friends in the daytime unless they are willing to walk me home, because I am frightened to walk home alone in case someone confronts me. I'm more frightened of words than violence. Basically, I have a fear of strangers making rude comments to me and this stops me doing what I want to do. How can I stop letting this bother me and overcome this silly problem? Thanks. x
