Why isn't this game made?

A star Wars fighting game. One where you could play as all of your favorite star wars characters like Luke, Leia, Han Solo (of course), the emperor, chewie, probably not c-3po, but I'm sure there's somebody who'd play as him, Vader, Lando, and tons more. Though I'd prefer it stick to the original trilogy that way we could have more focus on the characters and locations that matter (sorry prequel fanboys) You could fight in the Death Star, On Jabbas Barge, in his castle, on Tantive IV, in lukes house, in the mos eisly cantina, on the millenium falcon, on cloud city, in dagobah, etc. It could have mortal combat or soul calibur fighting style. Each character could have its own strengths and weaknesses as well as special moves. I'm aware that there was a star wars fighting game on the ps1, but it sucked apparently. I'm talking a full fledged HD title. I'm not even a huge fighting game fan, but I would buy this in a heartbeat.
