Yahoo groups no longer recognizes me as either a member /moderator of my group. How do I get this reinstated?

I recently started the Pojagi-arts group. First I had problems uploading photos. This escalated until I could not even sign in--just kept getting repeated sign in pages. Now that I have that fixed so I can access my groups, the pojagi-arts group no longer recognizes me as either a member or the moderator. I have been advised to contact customer care, but can find no way to do so.
