i think you should just kiss him n see how he reacts. i thnk hes prob jst nervous incase hes a bad kisser or anythin like that n he doesnt want to ruin ur guys relationship if u decide not to like him. i thnk u should jst kiss him n see if he likes it and how he feels im sure he will like it. hes prob jst nervous about what will happend if u dnt like him.hope it helps(:
